Terms and Conditions
- All goods are stored and dispatched from our European warehouse situated in the Netherlands.
- All goods are dispatched using the most cost effective method.
- All orders received will be dispatched within 48 hours not including weekends and UK/Netherlands public holidays. Using standard 2-3 Day service.
- You will be notified of any out of stock items via e-mail.
- Please report any delivery, quantity or quality discrepancies within 5 working days after receipt of the delivery; otherwise the delivery will be deemed to be without discrepancies.
- To guarantee your satisfaction, you have up to 30 days to return any merchandise for any reason provided that the merchandise is in the original packaging, undamaged and fit for resale by us, and except for orders shipped outside the EU. However, non stock items which have been custom-imprinted or personalized cannot be returned unless defective. If any merchandise is returned to us because it is defective, you are requested to indicate this to us.
